And of course – we all trust estate agents

That would be Realtor’s to our North American friends.

I suppose the thieving bastards need to make a few bucks – but when they say that they are being cheated by “fellow” professionals, it gets a little bit silly.

The surveyors are undervaluing the properties by 10% ONLY TEN PERCENT? Christ, to get a real value back they should value them at what they are actually worth – 45% lower than what they are now!

The land, too.

The dumb shits are simply looking at the ‘fee’ they get for adding a picture to a shop front window.

The rampant over-valuing of property was the real start to the credit crisis – and as that was the case the cure is in cutting it back to where it should be. If the property owners have to take a hit – so be it, it will be worth it for the next two generations – as long as estate agents cannot over value again.

If you ever wanted to know the jobs those who sit on both left and right hand side of Satan – Insurance and estate agents.
