Well – according to the spokesperson:

“Zero tolerance means it’s unacceptable behaviour. It doesn’t mean it warrants a suspension but it certainly warrants an intervention to correct or improve the behaviour,”

That after a kid had her lunch stolen and thrown into a toilet – and someone crapped on it.

Wag the finger and tell them not to do it again!
