Ayman al-Zawahiri: We have problems now, let's quote Malcolm X

When a terrorist group starts sending messages like this – they are worried.

Ayman al-Zawahiri, the leader, or one of, Al Qaeda, sends out a message of racism toward Barack Obama they have and are worrying something is going wrong for them.

Barack Obama has said right from day one that he would send US troops to Afghanistan to fight Al Qaeda there, right in their front yard.

Obama is their worst nightmare, and they know it.

They are calling for a new (another) Jihad so that Muslims will get fired up – problem[?] so many young American-Muslims voted for Barack Obama. They voted for him because they want as much change as all the other Americans who voted for him. They knew, as Obama did, that the war in Iraq was wrong – Zawahiri, in his not to subtle way – is trying to keep troops in Iraq and not in Afghanistan.

Al-Zawahiri is looking for a fight, that isn’t the wisest thing to do with the president-elect transitioning over to president. If his net-tape will do anything it will coalesce a resolve to crush Al Qaeda.

There is nothing that Obama can say more effectively to bring Obama support that Zawahiri has said. If he wants to get Americans blood to boil and support the incoming president – he has just done it.

“If you still want to be stubborn about America’s failure in Afghanistan, then remember the fate of Bush and Pervez Musharraf, and the fate of the Soviets and British before them,” the message said. “And be aware that the dogs of Afghanistan have found the flesh of your soldiers to be delicious, so send thousands after thousands to them.”

The message said Obama appears “to be captive to the same criminal American mentality towards the world and towards the Muslims.” The speaker cited Muslims’ ire toward Obama’s support of Israel.

The English translation of the message used the term “House Negroes,” Malcolm X’s term for blacks who were subservient to whites.

As Obama will be the most powerful black man in the world – I don’t think he is subservient to anyone!

But I could be wrong.

I had the same reaction you did when I read this. These folks are nervous, and they don’t quite know which direction to take. We live in interesting times.

Will ~ It will be interesting and a bit scary to see how this unfolds. I agree that al-Zawahiri is a little worried.

By all means, leave your 2 bobs worth
