CNN: Pastor will ask only nice questions

If you believe that – you will believe anything!

Pastor Rick Warren says that he will only ask the most heartland questions whatever that should mean – and not go for the big trip-up.

It is, of course, a matter that he will. Why would he do this interview if he wasn’t?

“Well, I’m a pastor, not a pundit,” he told CNN’s Suzanne Malveaux on Thursday’s “Situation Room.” “One of the things we’re going to do is I’m going to ask identical questions to both candidates, which will be different.

Now – don’t get me wrong – but, how on this God’s Earth can a question be identical but different?

Two weeks before the 2004 election, Warren sent out an e-mail to several hundred thousand pastors, essentially saying there were non-negotiable issues that Christians should consider when they go to the ballot box. Some of those issues included stem-cell research, abortion and gay rights.

Oh – erm…Blah!

I fail to see the connection between religion and gay rights, stem cell research, and abortion.

    Exodus 32:27-28:
“Put every man his sword by his side and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbor.

And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.”

  2. museditions says:

    Is it six of one?
Is it half a dozen of another?
    Are those identical questions?
Hmmm, non-negotiable issues…so, if I’m for stem cell research [access to] abortion, and gay rights, that must make me a Christian, right? Is that what he means? šŸ˜‰

  3. Will Rhodes says:

I think, but I could be wrong, Muse – he wants to see who is more non-conservative, McCain or McCain. šŸ™‚

By all means, leave your 2 bobs worth
