Perplexed

Obama calls for Florida and Michigan to be seated – in full

I truly am perplexed by this – if someone who reads this can explain it fully for me I would really appreciate it.

As far as I can see – and I could well be wrong, the rules committee said they get half vote because they broke the rules. Now, I am all understanding of that stance – but now for Obama to call for a full vote – how will that effect the overall race?

If, and I hope this is the case – Obama can bring a lot of the Clinton supporters on board by doing this – that’s fine. There are still many of her supporters who will never vote for him – no matter what, but with her starting to come out to campaign for him will this mean a more secure voter base?

Again, I hope so.

The committee did rule that those two states would get 1/2 of a vote. Changing to a full vote would take another committee meeting. At this late date that is likely not to happen, the convention is at the end of the month. Since Hillary has dropped out of the race she is highly unlikely to get the nomination. I think your assessment on Obama’s tact is probably right, he’s trying to win over Hillary’s base. I, personally, haven’t heard any rumblings of discontent from former backers. Those I have known that were Hillary supporters have jumped the fence and are supporting Obama, but there will be those who wouldn’t even if he paid them.

THE PUMAS ARE TOTALLY JUSTIFIED …

    1. Contrary to what Obamabots say …
Obama and Hillary were in a dead heat,
when the DNC pressured Hillary into not
only conceding, but campaigning for Obama.
    2. Obama is once again in a dead heat, but now
with McCain, even though Obamabots act like
Obama has already won (like they did in the
primaries against Hillary). So, this means that
half of the Democrats, and all the Republicans
(3/4 of America) dIdn’t want Obama. Plus, he
didn’t even win the popular vote, and refused a
    revote in Michigan and Florida.
    3. Obama has the thinnest resume in politics, and
he won state legislature and Senator by
disqualifications of his opponents, not by earned
    experience, or votes.
    4. Obama’s one claim to fame is being a community
organizer, where he boasts of registering voters.
Then he took their votes away from them, by
disqualifying his opponents on technicalities, prior
    to the election.
    5. Obama’s mentor of 20 years, was an anti-American
racist … not to mention other unsavory associations.
    6. Obama is simply buying the election, since he’s
good at fund raising … hardly a qualification to be
    President of the United States.
    7. The media never vetted Obama, and they are
giving him a free ride, plus more than twice the
print and air time as McCain, as they did against
    Hillary.
    8. 90% of blacks are voting for Obama, because he is
black, while the campaign gained ground by
    accusing most opponents of racism.
    9. Obamabots were, and are extremely nasty and sarcastic
towards Hillary supporters, as well as McCain supporters.
    10. Pumas should be applauded for putting country before party …
especially a party that did not represent them, and a party
which highjacked the nomination for Obama.

Could obama and his campaign really believe people are stupid enough to fall for his latest flip? Anyone who owns a TV knows that obama argued against the full seating of Florida and Michigan at the convention, that he demanded that the rules be enforced on those states, allowing only half votes and splitting the delegates in obamas favor. Everyone knows that obama has benefited by the corruption of the Democrat Party, not to mention the pressures placed upon the super delegates from fringe groups. To know this all one has to do is look at the record. Every time clinton would win a battleground state, that night or the next day super delegates, many times from the same state clinton had won would move into the obama camp. Never has there been such a blatant example of fixing an election from within the party hierarchy. As the anointed one, obama, has continuously lied and flipped on every major issue his campaign was based upon in the primaries. As half of the party knew, obama has proven to be a liar, and a fraud. His flipping will eventually make him flop come November.

Here he goes AGAIN!! Mr. Change okay, Change Your Mind that is. Talk about people flipping and playing games, this guy is a true expert. Here is a fake with NO LEGITIMATE experience running ANYTHING much less being the leader of a country. He choked at the last debate in PA and showed when he is not perfectly prescripted that he is little more than a scared child in front of a classroom for the first time.

As a DEM voter for 40 years there is NO POSSIBLE WAY I would EVER support this narcissistic fraud. He of no experience, questionable long term relations and EXTREMELY doubtful history and record is a DANGER to our VERY unstable country.

If MI and FL had gone the TRUE way in which they were voted, the superidiots may have awoken to the fact that the fake was no more than media created hype and false rhetoric. How this person can be in a position to run our country is beyond ludicrous.

By all means, leave your 2 bobs worth
